Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi asserted on Saturday that board chairpersons are changed based on political grounds.
Expressing his thoughts on the Samaa Digital program, “Zor Ka Jor,” Sethi lamented the current performance of the Pakistan national cricket team.
“Political parties make decisions in their own interests rather than considering the advancement of cricket,” Sethi said.
He maintained: “Numerous wrong decisions were made in the past, and they continue to be made today.”
“Pakistan cricket is on the verge of regression,” he stated.
