Maggie Wheeler, widely recognized for her role as Janice in Friends, recently shared a heartwarming maternal anecdote. For those unaware, the actress has two daughters, Juno and Gemma, with her husband, Daniel Borden.
During her recent chat with PEOPLE Magazine, Wheeler reminisced about the significant moment when her daughter Juno took her very first steps. This special event reportedly occurred while she was on the set of Everybody Loves Raymond.
Speaking at the show’s 30th-anniversary celebration on Monday, June 16, in New York City, Maggie recounted how Juno surprised everyone with her first steps during filming.
She began, “I’m so fortunate I was able to be there from the beginning.”
“That’s where my daughter took her first steps,” she revealed, recalling, “My husband was with our baby, and when she walked, he didn’t know who to tell, so he carried her out onto the lot.”
She added, “It was dark, late at night – and the security guard was the only one there. He said, ‘She walked! She’s walking!'” before transitioning to a different topic.
