Jeddah Hosts the ‘Made in Pakistan Expo’
The three-day ‘Made in Pakistan Expo’ began in Jeddah, highlighting the rich and diverse range of products from more than 20 leading Pakistani companies. The expo is a celebration of the growing trade relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, showcasing everything from textiles to food products, sports goods, and more.
Prominent Figures at the Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, including Pakistan’s Commerce Minister, Jam Kamal, Deputy Governor of the Saudi General Authority of Foreign Trade, Abdulaziz Al-Sakran, Saudi Assistant Minister of Investment, Ibrahim Al-Mubarak, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Farooq. Their presence emphasized the significance of the event and the strengthening ties between the two countries.
Pakistani Products Take Center Stage
The expo attracted a large crowd, comprising both Pakistani and Saudi citizens, all eager to explore the high-quality Pakistani products on display. Minister Jam Kamal highlighted the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations and the positive trajectory of trade agreements.

In his speech, Minister Kamal remarked, “The Pak-Saudi friendship is exemplary, and trade agreements between the two countries are growing rapidly. We want Pakistani traders to fully capitalize on the opportunity by introducing their products to the Saudi market.”

Both Abdulaziz Al-Sakran and Ibrahim Al-Mubarak also addressed the audience, underscoring the importance of strengthening economic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. They emphasized the expo as an ideal platform for furthering business collaboration and fostering closer economic relations.
