Liam Gallagher has recently voiced his profound regret that “precious time” was “wasted” due to 15 long years of estrangement from his brother, Noel. The British pop legends are set to reunite in July for their highly anticipated ‘Oasis Live ’25’ tour, having reconciled last year.
The ‘Wonderwall’ band has been actively rehearsing for their upcoming tour, and frontman Liam admits it’s unfortunate they missed out on so much because of his bitter feud with his brother. “How does it feel singing songs with ur brother again? Like old times? (sic)” a fan on X, formerly Twitter, inquired of the musician.
To this, Liam responded: “You know what it’s spiritual but I can’t help think about all those wasted years what a waste of PRECIOUS time (sic).”
For those unfamiliar, Oasis disbanded in 2009 after the Gallagher brothers had a heated argument backstage at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.
As one of the most anticipated comebacks of the decade approaches its scheduled date, fans have also raised concerns about Liam’s health, as he suffers from Hashimoto’s disease, a condition that can cause a hoarse voice.
When the 52-year-old rocker posted about using throat lozenges, sour candies, and cough syrups, it sparked a flurry of apprehension among fans that the quality of his voice might not be consistently sustained. “@liamgallagher If you need that many throat stuff does that mean anytime your voice can still go? We don’t want cancellations,” a fan exclaimed on X, to which he tersely replied, “Shut up you melt.” Another user asked Liam Gallagher, “@liamgallagher Did you eat all your sour throat candies yesterday?” and his response was, “I did 2 pacs.”
