Karachi is anticipated to experience a reduction in heat intensity starting Friday, with meteorologists predicting a drop in temperatures and the onset of strong winds across the city.
According to a weather specialist, intermittent strong winds are likely to occur in Karachi, potentially offering relief from the current heatwave. Furthermore, a decrease in nighttime temperatures is expected over the weekend.
The meteorologist indicated that nighttime temperatures on Saturday and Sunday could fluctuate between 17°C and 18°C, resulting in relatively cooler conditions.
In Karachi’s suburban areas, temperatures may decline further, potentially reaching between 14°C and 16°C.
This weather shift comes as Karachi has been enduring warm and humid conditions in recent days. The anticipated temperature decrease is expected to provide residents with some respite, particularly during the night.
