Karachi may witness hot weather during the last ten days of Ramadan as temperatures are expected to rise from March 20, according to Chief Meteorologist of the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Sardar Sarfraz, on Monday.
However, he noted that the initial days of the holy month would likely remain pleasant. “Days will be comparatively hot, but sea breezes will make the nights better,” he explained.

Meanwhile, the PMD forecast cool and dry weather for the next 24 hours, with the lowest temperature expected to drop between 11-13°C. On Monday, the minimum temperature in Karachi was recorded at 13.5°C.
“The winds are blowing at a speed of 7 km/h from the north, while the humidity level has been recorded at 32%,” the department added.
