Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have reached a divorce settlement.
The couple, who were married for four years and share a daughter, Juno, born in 2020, filed for divorce in 2023 citing “irreconcilable differences.”
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Jackson is obligated to pay $2787 per month in child support but will not provide any spousal support.
Despite the divorce being finalized, the former partners are reportedly still in disagreement regarding Juno’s schooling, with Turner-Smith requesting the judge grant her the authority to move their daughter to a new school.
Court documents indicate that Turner-Smith thoroughly researched the school and discussed it with Jackson, ensuring its proximity to his residence, as the pair will share 50-50 custody of their daughter.
The 38-year-old actress is also seeking a total of $75,000 from Jackson to cover her attorney’s fees.
Previously, Jodie Turner-Smith spoke openly about her separation from Joshua Jackson, telling The Sunday Times:
“Sometimes things we really want to work just don’t end up working. And that’s OK. The most important thing is that you choose what’s healthiest for you and your family and definitely your children.”
