During an appearance on the latest episode of Hot Ones Versus, singer Joe Jonas appeared to accidentally confirm that a third Camp Rock movie is in the works. When asked to read the last entry from his Notes app, the DNCE frontman cleared his throat and said, “Read Camp Rock 3.” His brothers, Nick and Kevin, reacted with a mixture of shock and amusement. Kevin remarked, “Okay, that’s a pretty good one,” while Joe insisted on its truth, pointing at his phone and adding, “Sorry, Disney.”
This revelation follows a surprise reunion between the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato at their concert in New Jersey on August 10. The reunion, where they performed songs from the original movies, had already fueled speculation among fans that a third film in the franchise was in development. The original Camp Rock was released on the Disney Channel in 2008, with a sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, following in 2010.
