According to a recent report from People, an insider revealed that the 34-year-old actress is maintaining a positive outlook while adjusting to life with the newest addition to her family of three, as Lawrence welcomed her second child with her husband, Cooke Maroney. The couple also has a three-year-old son named Cy.
“Jen’s doing well. Being back in that newborn phase with a toddler as well can feel overwhelming, but Jen has such a wonderful attitude. She was meant to be a mom,” the source shared with the publication.
“She’s calm and just goes with the flow. Cooke’s a great dad too. They are skilled at managing everything together,” the insider added.
Earlier last week, a source informed the publisher that Lawrence is “doing well” after the arrival of her second baby.
“Her first child was born in Los Angeles. She recently gave birth to her second child in N.Y.C. She’s doing well,” the insider disclosed. “She was very excited about the pregnancy. She felt it was the perfect timing. She was very active and felt good.”
“She’s a fun mom and enjoys outings with her son,” the source further stated. “She’s also very protective. She wants her children to have as much privacy as possible.”
The actress publicly announced her second pregnancy with Maroney through Vogue in October 2024.
