The 47-year-old actor conveyed his eagerness during his public appearance at City Harvest Presents The 2025 Gala: Carnaval in New York City.
Regarding the possibility of reprising his role as Jim, Biggs stated, “Of course, of course, I would. I’ve always maintained that I would be 100% on board to collaborate with those individuals again and to portray that character once more, and you know, it stands out as one of the most wonderful experiences of my life.”
“I hold it in high regard,” the actor added, speaking about the 1999 franchise, which also featured Eugene Levy, Jennifer Coolidge, Seann William Scott, Chris Klein, Tara Reid, Alyson Hannigan, Natasha Lyonne, and Eddie Kaye Thomas.
“I’m proud that even 26 years later, people are still discussing it, so I would definitely be up for doing another installment,” the Orange Is the New Black alum continued.
Biggs shared with People Magazine last month that he maintains contact with his former castmates.
“[Levy] and his wife unfortunately lost their house in the Los Angeles fires, so I reached out to him after that,” Biggs recounted.
“Eugene is truly one of my most cherished people in the world. He’s genuinely like a second father to me in many respects, and he’s simply the best. He’s imparted so much wisdom to me.”
“Eddie Kaye Thomas, who played Finch in the movies, is one of my closest friends,” he told the publication.
“He resides on the East Coast, so we get to see each other, and we communicate frequently. As for everyone else, you know, there are definitely text message exchanges that happen.”
