The Islamabad High Court’s ruling in the alleged fake degree case has been challenged in the Federal Constitutional Court by Justice Tariq Jahangiri. Justice Jahangiri has filed an appeal in the Federal Constitutional Court against the Islamabad High Court’s two-member bench decision on December 9. The appeal argues that the petition filed in the Islamabad High Court is not admissible. In the appeal, Justice Jahangiri has requested that the writ filed against him in the Islamabad High Court be quashed.
