During the hearing on Monday, presided over by Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain, formal arguments on the pre-arrest bail applications could not take place.
The court issued directions to the investigating officer, instructing him to complete the supplementary arguments (challan) related to the case.
Furthermore, the judge has ordered the lawyers representing all parties to be prepared to present their arguments at the next hearing. The court then adjourned further proceedings until November 3.
The case against Mazari and the other individuals is registered at the Secretariat Police Station in Islamabad.
