Infinix has officially confirmed that the Note 50 series will launch on March 3, 2025. This upcoming smartphone lineup will succeed the Infinix Note 40 series, which debuted almost a year ago. A teaser shared by the company shows a glimpse of the rear camera module, hinting at a refreshed design. The smartphones will feature artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, marking a major upgrade from their predecessors.
While Infinix hasn’t revealed the total number of models in the series, a listing on Indonesia’s SDPPI certification website has confirmed at least one model—the Infinix Note 50 Pro (model number X6855). This suggests that a Pro variant will be included, likely succeeding the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G, which was launched in April 2024.
Although key specifications are yet to be disclosed, the previous model featured a 6.78-inch curved 3D AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery. It also housed a 108-megapixel main camera and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The Note 50 Pro is expected to offer hardware and software enhancements, particularly focusing on AI features.
The company is likely to reveal more information about pricing, availability, and specifications in the coming weeks. With a focus on AI, the Note 50 series could introduce advanced camera optimizations, improved performance, and smarter battery management.
