The Director General of Police (IG) of Sindh, Javed Ali Shah, expressed ignorance about the security details of two federal ministers, Mustafa Kamal and Dr. Khalid Mahmood. IG Sindh revealed that Shakeel and Tahir, two of the arrested dacoits, had paid a fine and returned to their homes. The police have taken action against the facilitators involved in the dacoits’ activities. A police constable has been charged under the law.
