In Houston, a man, Royce Madison, was arrested and forbidden from entering the Galleria after allegedly attempting to photograph an off-duty HPD sergeant in a bathroom stall.
The sergeant, still in uniform, reported seeing a phone pointed at him over the stall wall. Madison confessed to holding his phone over the wall but denied taking photos.
While there were no pictures or videos of the officer on Madison’s phone, there were numerous images of other men taken over bathroom stall walls.
Madison faces charges and has been ordered to stay away from the Galleria, with restrictions on possessing camera phones or devices with internet access.
Additionally, he faces weapons charges for possessing a gun and marijuana in his car.
