HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities are conducting a search for a missing swimmer near the San Jacinto River on Saturday night.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a man reported that his friend went into the water at Muleshoe Lake and did not resurface.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez stated that HCSO marine units and Texas Parks & Wildlife officials are currently at the scene.
