Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf said on Tuesday that the team’s purpose is to entertain the crowd.
Speaking on the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony of the revamped Karachi stadium, Rauf said, “We always try to ensure that the fans leave the ground on a higher note.”
He acknowledged the fans’ support, stating, “What we are is because of the immense support from the fans.”
It is worth noting that injury forced Rauf to leave the field during the tri-nation series opener against New Zealand.
Pakistan will take on South Africa in the third match of the tri-nation series. The winning team will face New Zealand in the fourth and final match of the tri-nation series.
