The global film industry witnessed a surge in AI-generated content featuring Bollywood actor Gunda in a blue-colored avatar after the release of the film “Avatar: The Way of Water.” Social media platforms were flooded with images and videos of Gunda, sparking curiosity among his fans about the authenticity of these visuals. Some videos showed Gunda delivering his famous dialogues, while others depicted him sharing the screen with Jake Sully. A particular image showed Gunda wearing a colorful Gujarati jacket, leaving social media users perplexed. However, it is essential to note that all these images and videos were created using artificial intelligence (AI) and are not based on reality. Gunda had also mentioned that he had suggested the title “Avatar” for the film. On the other hand, Gunda’s wife, Soni Razdan, expressed skepticism about this claim in a podcast. She stated that she was not aware of any such offer and could not confirm it.
