These leaked visuals offer a glimpse into potential changes for users, including redesigned app icons, floating interface elements, and a more immersive user experience drawing inspiration from visionOS.
Revamped Icons:
Prosser indicates that iOS 19 will introduce new app icons with a shape that represents a middle ground between the current design and a perfect circle, resulting in a softer, more rounded aesthetic. While these icons will likely appear more contemporary, they will not be as fully circular as those seen in visionOS or watchOS. Furthermore, the system’s Tab View within applications is expected to be redesigned, adopting a floating tab style reminiscent of visionOS.
