Canadian musician Grimes has criticized her former partner Elon Musk for bringing their son X Æ A-Xii to the White House.
According to reports, the four-year-old accompanied Musk when former US President Donald Trump signed an executive order aimed at enhancing government efficiency. The child’s innocent behavior during the event gained significant attention on social media.
Grimes, the 36-year-old musician, expressed her disapproval on X (formerly Twitter), writing: “He should not be in public like this. I did not see this, thank u for alerting me. But I’m glad he was polite. Sigh.”
This is not the first time X Æ A-Xii has been seen publicly with Musk. In January 2025, he was also present at Trump’s pre-inauguration rally. At that time, Grimes stated that she had voiced her disapproval in every possible way but was struggling to find a solution.
Elon Musk and Grimes began dating in 2018 and have three children: X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, and Techno Mechanicus. The couple officially separated in 2022.
