KARACHI – Gold prices across Pakistan experienced another reduction on Thursday, offering a slight reprieve for buyers.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of one tola of gold decreased by 1,000 PKR. Following this latest drop, the new rate for one tola in the local market stands at 418,862 PKR.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by 857 PKR, bringing its new price to 359,106 PKR.
The association noted that this downward trend in the domestic market reflects the international market, where the price of gold also fell by $10, settling at $3,965 per ounce.
