Gold prices in Pakistan have surged again on Thursday, with the rate for 24-karat gold increasing by Rs900 per tola, settling at Rs362,600. This rise reflects an upward trend in the international bullion market, where gold climbed by $9 to reach $3,399 per ounce.

Silver Prices Also Increase
Silver prices also posted gains alongside gold:
24K silver per tola: Rs4,121 (+53)
24K silver per 10 grams: Rs3,533 (+46)
International silver price per ounce: $38.88 (+0.53)
Traders attribute the upward trend to international price hikes and fluctuations in exchange rates. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association noted that the domestic market remains sensitive to global bullion prices and the interbank currency parity.
