Hollywood stars George Clooney and Adam Sandler have revealed that their children are huge fans of Taylor Swift and are eagerly awaiting her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, which is set for release on October 3.
Clooney’s Twins Eagerly Await the Release
Speaking at the premiere of Jay Kelly at the New York Film Festival, George Clooney shared that his 8-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander, are constantly asking for the new music.
- “They’re in the back of the car going, ‘When are we getting the album?’” Clooney told Access Hollywood.
- Despite their excitement, the Wolfs star mentioned they have not yet met Swift, explaining, “No, no, we’ve been running around. It’s been our summer. Spent a lot of time with my family; my mom and dad and stuff.”
Sandler Gets a Gift from Taylor’s Dad
Adam Sandler also confirmed his daughters, Sadie and Sunny, are massive fans of the “Love Story” hitmaker. He recently had a serendipitous encounter with Swift’s father, Scott Swift, that added to the excitement.
- Sandler said the album is “gonna be amazing.” He revealed that he ran into Scott Swift after a stand-up show.
- “He gave me some guitar picks to give my kids and we discussed how excited we are for the new record,” Sandler shared.
