BYD, a major Chinese electric vehicle company, has begun delivering vehicles in Pakistan through a partnership with Mega Motor Company (MMC). They plan to deliver up to 100 vehicles within the first two days. Customers in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are now receiving BYD’s SEAL and ATTO 3 models. BYD aims to have 15 service centers across Pakistan by 2025. This move is seen as a significant step towards sustainable transportation in Pakistan. MMC, a subsidiary of Hub Power Company, is handling local manufacturing and sales.
