A recreational trip has ended in tragedy in Turbat, Balochistan, as four local youths who went on a picnic five days ago have been found dead.
According to the district administration, the four individuals were residents of Balida, a suburban area of Turbat. They had gone for a picnic in a nearby mountainous area but mysteriously disappeared.
After they failed to return, a search was initiated. That search concluded tragically today when their bodies were discovered in the ‘Jaarain’ mountainous region of Balida.
Authorities have moved the bodies to a hospital to complete legal formalities. An investigation is now underway to determine the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
