Prince Harry has been accused of poor governance and bullying by a former governor of his charity.
The Duke of Sussex, who departed from ‘Sentebale’ citing a strained relationship, has been criticized by the chairwoman for “poor governance, weak executive management, abuse of power, bullying, harassment, misogyny, and racial bias.”
The Zimbabwean lawyer told Sky News: “At some point on Tuesday, Prince Harry authorized the release of damaging information to the public, without informing me, my country directors, or my executive director. Can you imagine the impact this attack has had on me, and the 540 individuals within the Sentebale organization and their families?”
She elaborated: “This is a clear example of widespread harassment and bullying. If the world was skeptical about the existence of bullying, this unleashing of the Sussex PR machine against me and the 540 Sentabale employees who received this and had to defend it… “
Sky News reporter Trevor Phillips then asked Dr. Chandauka: “When you refer to the ‘Sussex machine,’ what exactly are you talking about?”
She replied: “The public relations apparatus that supports Prince Harry’s endeavors. We only learned of his decision through the activation of newspapers by the Sussex PR machine.”
