Finn Wolfhard has spoken highly of the support he received from his mentor, Jesse Eisenberg.
During a conversation with Yahoo Entertainment, Wolfhard openly discussed the encouragement Eisenberg provided during the making of his written and directed film, Hell of a Summer.
Recalling when the Now You See Me actor visited him on set, the Stranger Things actor began by saying, “It was truly fascinating to observe him at work. One thing that really stood out to me was how relaxed he was on set and the enjoyable atmosphere he helped create.”
Speaking about the positive energy Eisenberg brought to the production, the 22-year-old actor stated, “If we ever felt like joking around or doing something lighthearted.”
The Hollywood actor further added, “He genuinely gave us the time and opportunity to do so. His priority was for it to be fun, even though the movie often dealt with serious themes and included very dramatic scenes.”
Before concluding, Finn Wolfhard shared, “But he consistently showed great support for the movie, right from the very beginning and the initial drafts. I remember him reading them and really enjoying it.”
