In a significant crackdown, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has revealed that the Customs Enforcement in Quetta has seized smuggled goods worth $31.7 million. According to an FBR statement, the Customs Enforcement has confiscated 508 cartons of smuggled cigarettes from various brands, valued at $20 million. The statement also mentioned several other operations in which a large quantity of smuggled mobile phones and 13 non-customs duty-paid vehicles were seized, valued at $11.7 million.
