Eight-year-old Taimoor Waseem Khatri from Pakistan has won the Under-8 category of the World Youth Scrabble Championship, which was held in Malaysia.
The championship brought together 216 players from 16 countries, competing in various age brackets. The young champion’s victory in the word-based game has brought great pride to Pakistan. His father described the achievement as a moment of national honour. Local residents also expressed their joy, stating that Taimoor has brought international recognition to the country with his success.
