The rapper Drake has surprised fans with an unexpected comment about singer Gracie Abrams. Drake recently shared a personal story about his own insecurity after seeing a photo of Abrams.
On Monday, he took to his Instagram Stories to make a personal confession, posting a photo of the “Close to You” hitmaker that showed a birthmark on her hand. “I used to hate my birthmark but Gracie got the same one,” he admitted in the caption, adding, “Now it’s art.” In the next slide, he shared a photo of his own hand, revealing a similar birthmark.
His comment, however, caused a stir among fans, who quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their reactions. One user wrote, “I’m not denying that its bad im js saying that to put gracie abrams in the same sentence as DRAKE is wild.” Another person added, “drake knowing who gracie abrams is was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
This is not the first time Drake has posted about Gracie Abrams. The “One Dance” rapper previously shared the lyrics to her popular song “I Knew It, I Know You.”
