The suspect, identified as Samiullah, attacked his wife using a sharp-edged weapon. In a heartbreaking turn of events, their daughter bravely intervened in an attempt to shield her mother from the assault but was also fatally wounded.
According to police officials, both victims sustained critical injuries and succumbed to them while being transported to the hospital for emergency medical treatment.
