The price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs200, settling at Rs289,400 on Saturday, compared to Rs289,600 on the previous trading day, according to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The price of 10-gram 24-karat gold also fell by Rs172, reaching Rs284,113 from Rs284,285, while the price of 10-gram 22-karat gold rose to Rs227,445 from Rs227,603.
The price of per tola silver dropped by Rs32, closing at Rs3,409, while the price of 10-gram silver fell by Rs20, standing at Rs2,922.
In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $2, from $2,772 to $2,770, the association added.
