Following Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz’s absence from David’s extravagant 50th birthday celebration, which fueled speculation of friction within the Beckham family, David Beckham has reportedly “reached out” to his eldest son.
Sources have recently informed Hello! Magazine that David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are “eager to mend” the family rift.
The source stated, “They are keen to resolve this disagreement. David has already made contact and will travel to see Brooklyn in person if necessary.”
They further added, “They intend to extinguish this conflict; David has expressed his desire for things to calm down and for everyone to have a conversation once emotions have subsided. Brooklyn’s actions have hurt them. They are upset that he has aired their private matters, but David will not allow this situation to continue much longer.”
“He wants to bring everyone together in one room – they need to resolve this now, or things will not improve,” the source noted.
Given the Beckham family’s recent prominence in the news due to this family drama, another insider commented, “All families experience their ups and downs – which family doesn’t? However, what distinguishes this situation is its public nature.”
They added, “David and Victoria have done their utmost to show their love for Brooklyn and Nicola, supporting all their endeavors, but it’s evident that there has been underlying tension for some time.”
It is worth noting that David Beckham and Victoria “were disappointed” by Brooklyn and Nicola’s non-attendance at the birthday celebration.
