The 83rd Pakistan Day was celebrated in Dallas, Texas with great enthusiasm under the auspices of the Pakistan Society of North Texas. A large number of Pakistani community residents in Dallas participated in this celebration and expressed their love for their beloved country. The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by national anthems of both the United States and Pakistan.
Various leaders of Pakistani organizations participated in the ceremony, along with former Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, Texas House Representative Salman Bhojani, and other Americans from different walks of life. On this occasion, Consul General of Pakistan in Houston, Aftab Chaudhry, praised the services of the Pakistan Society of North Texas, stating that they are worthy of appreciation not only for the community but also for Pakistan as a whole.
President of the Pakistan Society of North Texas, Salman Tabani, said that once again the community has successfully participated in our program with full support, just like every time. Vice President of PSNT, Ghalib Hussain, said that the participants have made the program successful and that we will organize more such programs in the future.
Salman Bhojani, the representative of Texas House, said that I served as the General Secretary of PSNT a few years ago and it is an honor for me to speak here. I have done a lot for the community in terms of filing bills in the house, which will give our community the respect what they deserves.
At the end of the program, famous Pakistani singer Ali Haider sang songs and mesmerized the audience.
