Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated Al Nassr’s dominant victory over Al Khaleej in the Saudi Pro League 2024-25.
Al Nassr secured a 3-1 win over Al Khaleej on January 21, 2025, at the Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Stadium, keeping their hopes alive for the Saudi Pro League title.
Both teams struggled to score in the first half but failed to break the deadlock. Five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring in the 65th minute, but Al Khaleej’s Kostas Fortounis equalized with a penalty 15 minutes later.
Al Nassr quickly responded, taking the lead with Marcelo Brozović’s goal in the 81st minute. Just before the full-time whistle, Ronaldo struck again, sealing the 3-1 victory.
Following the crucial win, the 39-year-old shared a five-word message on Instagram: “Good win today. Let’s go, @alnassr!”
With these two goals, Ronaldo brought his total goals for Al Nassr to 100. He celebrated the milestone on his Instagram broadcast channel, saying, “Fantastic to reach over 100 goal contributions with Al Nassr. Thanks to everyone who helped get here!”
