A resident of Karachi has received an e-challan for a motorcycle stolen two years ago. The motorcycle was stolen on December 7, 2023, in Liaquatabad, and the owner had filed an FIR. Although the police failed to recover the motorcycle, the owner received the e-challan on December 28, 2025. The e-challan was issued for a helmet violation near the National Stadium Flyover. The affected resident has appealed to the police authorities to take action to recover the motorcycle as well.
