Jin, the first BTS member to complete his military service, recently made a surprise visit to his alma mater, leaving students in awe. The visit was showcased in the second episode of his reality show “Run Jin,” which premiered on August 20.
During the episode, the 31-year-old star engaged in a series of fun and challenging activities with the students, displaying his variety show skills in competitions with his juniors. In endurance challenges like holding a plank and doing push-ups, Jin humorously tried to bribe the students with pizza if they would give up.
In a song-guessing game, Jin found himself slower than the ARMY, BTS’s fan club, in recognizing BTS’s own songs. His playful comment, “BTS is really popular,” brought laughter to everyone.
Before the episode’s release, a teaser sparked excitement on social media, with fans noting Jin’s resemblance to the character Ryu Sun Jae from “Lovely Runner,” played by Byeon Woo Seok. This resemblance fueled speculation that Seok might make a cameo, but he did not appear in the episode.
