In an exclusive interview with *E! News*, Tina Knowles-Lawson, Beyoncé’s mother, revealed rare details about her grandchildren, particularly the twins Rumi and Sir Carter. Tina expressed her admiration for her daughter’s “artistic” children as they begin to explore their own unique interests.
“Rumi is a natural little star, and Sir is more into books and electronics,” Tina shared during the Remember My Name Ball event. She also praised all her grandchildren, including Blue Ivy Carter, for their artistic talents, saying, “We got them all, raising them up right. They’re all artists. How could they not be?”
Speaking about Blue Ivy, who is set to costar with Beyoncé in *Mufasa: The Lion King*, Tina marveled at her artistic abilities. “She’s self-taught and sounds like a concert pianist. She paints, she draws, and she does poetry. She’s just an artistic soul,” Tina said, adding how proud she is and how eager she is for the world to see Blue Ivy’s talents.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z are the proud parents of three children: Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir Carter.
