Ben Affleck finally reacted to his longtime Hollywood friend Tom Cruise’s new romance with his ex-girlfriend Ana de Armas.
On Friday, an insider spilled to Daily Mail that the 52-year-old actor is not thrilled that Tom is dating his ex.
“Ben is kind of [a] jealous [type], yup,” the source said. “He really liked Ana a lot and then she walked away and left him sad.”
“So to see her happy with his friend is kind of weird for him,” added the confidant.
A tipster further told the outlet that the Batman actor, who is currently single, “should get revenge on Cruise by dating his ex-wife Katie Holmes.”
“I think every working actor in Hollywood is jealous of Tom’s success and Ben is not any different,” the source said.
“But Ben is also happy for Tom. I mean, he admires that a colleague in his sixties is still going hard on the big screen. Ben hopes to be so lucky one day,” added the insider.
For those unversed, Ben was romantically linked with Ana from March 2020 to January 2021.
