The family of a garbage collector who died during an on-duty incident in Grapevine is seeking answers regarding his death. Cecilio Pule, 56, of Haltom City, was killed Dec. 28 when he was pinned between the hydraulic arms and the bin of a garbage truck. Investigators said the truck had a mechanical problem. Police said that while a mechanic was making repairs, he moved the truck’s hydraulic arm, striking and pinning Pule against the machinery.
