HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — The tunnels built for Memorial Park’s Land Bridge are scheduled to open this spring to traffic. Runners with the Chevron Houston Marathon will get a sneak peek this Sunday. HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Thousands of guns are being stolen from vehicles every year in Houston – putting them into the hands of criminals, who use the weapons to commit violent crimes. Houston Police Department, which reveal there were 2,604 reports of guns being stolen from vehicles in 2021. HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities in northwest Harris County are investigating what they say was a murder-attempted suicide. On Monday at 7:30 a.m., Harris County deputies were dispatched to an unknown medical emergency call in the 18900 block of Peralta Springs Lane. Upon arrival, deputies found a woman dead at the scene and a man injured. Authorities said the man and woman had suffered some sort of trauma.
