HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A judge significantly lowered bond for a suspect charged in a disturbing murder caught on camera in Houston. Karon Fisher, 20, is charged with murder in the death of 64-year-old Steven Anderson. Her bond was lowered to $300,000 for the charge. Fisher’s bond was previously set at $900,000 after the state initially requested a $2 million bond. Prosecutors have requested a hearing to deny bond altogether, but the hearing hasn’t happened yet. According to sources, the latest case is a 18-month-old child from Qila Abdullah, Balochistan, who tested positive for poliovirus.
