Two men have been arrested on charges that they helped kill a man in a northeast Dallas liquor store last month, according to an arrest-warrant affidavit obtained Monday. Undray Devon Ross, 26, and Eric Charles Walker, 28, were jailed last week in connection with the killing of Cedrick White. Ross is charged with murder, and Walker is charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Their attorneys could not immediately be reached for comment. Hoi Cer, 66, was last heard by a family member about 4 a.m. inside their home in the 1000 block of Forest Ridge Drive, near North Plano Road and Walnut Street in Garland.
