A 51-year-old Arlington man has been arrested in connection to an ongoing sexual assault investigation and police are asking the public for any additional information they may have. Ronnie Goines turned himself in at the Tarrant County Jail on Thursday after the APD Sex Crimes Unit obtained two warrants for his arrest, according to Arlington police. The Houston Police Department said it received reports of the body in the water near downtown at about 3:05 p.m. Officers confirmed the discovery to an crew at the scene, adding they still don’t have information about the victim. JERSEY VILLAGE, Texas (KTRK) — Authorities are searching for three suspects connected to a deadly hit-and-run crash in Jersey Village on Tuesday. The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office posted about the crash on social media, saying it happened on the US-290 Northwest Freeway.
