Dallas Water Utilities has announced that it will start turning off services and imposing late fees next month for customers who are delinquent on their bills or have not arranged a payment plan. The utility company, which provides water, wastewater, and stormwater services, has reported that about 26% of its customers are currently behind on their payments. Fort Worth Police say 25-year-old De Aujalae Evans was driving home from a house party in Grand Prairie early Monday morning when she drove the wrong way up the exit ramp and hit Sergeant Billy Randolph.
