LAHORE: During the past 24 hours, 141 people in Punjab tested positive for the dengue virus, resulting in an increase in the number of cases. The majority of the cases were reported from Rawalpindi, where 118 people were infected with the dengue virus, according to a health department spokesperson. Other locations included Lahore, Attok, Chakwal, Vehari, Faisalabad, Mianwali, Sialkot, and others. He stated that in the past week, the province has recorded 954 new dengue fever positive cases.
