Prominent Pakistani actress Hira Mani, celebrated for her roles in hit dramas like ‘Meray Paas Tum Ho’ and ‘Do Bol’, is once again facing intense criticism on social media over her fashion choices.
The actress, who has recently drawn attention for shifting from her traditional screen persona to a more “bold” public image, shared new photos of herself. In the images, she is seen wearing a turquoise and silver silk and net saree, paired with an embroidered jacket.
The photos quickly went viral, triggering a wave of harsh reactions from social media users. Many expressed their disapproval, labeling the outfit as inappropriate.
Several users posted critical comments. One person wrote that her sons are growing up and questioned how they would see their mother in such attire. Another user sarcastically remarked, “What’s the need to cover the rest of the body?”
Some fans even linked the criticism to her recent drama role in ‘Shar-Pasand,’ suggesting the negative feedback applies to her personal life as well. One commentator expressed shock, asking how she could wear such clothing in front of her growing sons.
