In a groundbreaking leap toward fully automated home cleaning, an American tech company has unveiled the world’s first all-in-one carpet-washing robot, called the R2 Robotan — a device that vacuums, washes, and dries carpets, all in one go.
The R2 Robotan uses an AI-powered navigation and perception system with 12 precision sensors, enabling it to map an entire room, identify carpet textures, and automatically adjust its cleaning modes for optimal performance.
The robot performs a three-stage cleaning process:
