Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have emerged as significant allies for Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz amid the Beckham family drama.
As Brooklyn and Nicola have distanced themselves from David and Victoria Beckham, they have unexpectedly found the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to be “kind, caring, and generous.”
Insiders have shared with Closer Magazine that Meghan and Harry are cultivating this “friendship” and envision its potential to evolve into a “US Fab Four.”
Notably, the “US Fab Four” is a clear reference to the former royal dream team consisting of Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.
The royal couple and the Hollywood couple share somewhat similar experiences of family fallout. Brooklyn and Nicola’s departure from their family has been termed “Beckxit,” echoing Harry and Meghan’s departure from the royal family, which was dubbed “Megxit.”
Meghan and Harry left the royal family after stepping down from their roles as working royals in 2020. The couple subsequently moved to California, where they reside with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Nicola have reportedly ceased contact with David and Victoria and notably did not attend the InterMiami owner’s elaborate 50th birthday celebration.
Now, an insider suggests that this “new power alliance” between the royal couple and the young couple “is a big slap in the face for David, Victoria and the royals.”
The source further elaborated, “the four have zero qualms or regrets about that because they all feel like they’ve been so badly wronged. As far as they’re all concerned, teaming up and finding solidarity in adversity is a no-brainer. And if they can get a sense of revenge in the process, then that’s all the better.”
It is worth noting that the Sussexes and the Beckhams have a long-standing history. David and Victoria were guests at Harry and Meghan’s wedding in 2018. However, subsequent reports indicated that tensions arose when Harry and Meghan allegedly suspected the Beckhams of leaking stories to the press. While the Beckhams denied these allegations, it led to a noticeable distance between the two couples.
The tipster also mentioned that Meghan Markle is “super-excited” about her burgeoning friendship with Nicola Peltz.
“Meghan is super-excited to have Nicola on board as a friend, and they’re brainstorming all kinds of collabs together,” the source revealed.
They added, “Nicola’s extremely grateful to Meghan for all the kindness and support. She’s still very upset about the ongoing feud with Brooklyn’s family, but this blooming friendship with the Sussexes is one silver lining that’s been a huge positive.”
“They’re talking and texting a lot,” the source observed.
Meghan Markle reportedly perceives similarities in how both Nicola Peltz and she have been portrayed in the wake of their respective husband’s (Prince Harry and Brooklyn Beckham) family fallouts.
Consequently, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex “empathises and looks forward to being a sounding board for whatever advice” the young couple may require.
