In a significant development, the family of PTI Chairman Imran Khan visited him in Adiala Jail, where he has been lodged since his arrest in October 2022. According to sources, the PTI Chairman’s wife, Bushra Bibi, and their children met with Imran Khan in the jail’s manual system, which allows for a maximum of 30 minutes of interaction between inmates and their visitors.
This visit is part of a regular protocol, with the PTI Chairman and his family meeting every week under the supervision of the jail authorities. After the meeting, the family members were taken back to their cells.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education has formed a committee to implement the Fingerprint Recognition System in schools across the country. Ata Tarrar, the Federal Minister for Education, announced this development, stating that the committee will work towards introducing the system in all educational institutions.
